Freedom 2000 Internet Controlled Pan/Tilt Mount

Mill-Shf Technologies is proud to present the first in a series of new products that will help bring a new level of interactivity to the Internet.

The Freedom 2000 Internet Controlled Pan/Tilt Mount has the ability to pan in a complete circle and tilt to ± 90°, allowing the user to view anything above, below, behind or in front of the mount. The Freedom 2000 Internet Controlled Pan/Tilt Mount also features user friendly control via a small Java Applet (shown below) in your favorite web browser, allowing for platform-independent control from anywhere in the world--all that's needed is a web browser!

Freedom 2000 Mount and Software Features

Here is a quick glimpse of some of the features offered with the Freedom 2000:

Pans a complete circle, tilts to ± 90°
Store up to 8 preset positions.
Scheduling option moves mount to preset positions automatically--great for non-streaming cams. Have your page display pictures of various objects around the cam throughout the day--show your site visitors something new!
Limit pan and/or tilt range of motion--no one sees the part of the room that you don't want them to.
Customizable default position--mount returns to where you want it when users disconnect, so that new visitors to the page aren't confused by what they're looking at (i.e. the ceiling or a wall).
Freedom Remote option allows you to own and operate a Freedom 2000 without a dedicated server.

The Freedom 2000 Internet Controlled Pan/Tilt Mount can accomodate a wide range of payloads, including all varieties of webcams. If your webcam is equipped with a standard tripod adapter, you can secure it to our pan/tilt mount using the standard 1/4"-20 tripod stud, positioned in the center of the tilting bracket arm. If your webcam does not have a built-in tripod adapter, simply select our universal mounting strap option.

Payloads other than webcams in the same weight range can also be attached to the Freedom 2000 Internet Controlled Pan/Tilt Mount. Directional lighting, sensors, mirrors, or virtually any other object that needs to be positioned remotely can be secured used. Simply specify on our online order form whether you require the tripod adapter or universal mounting strap.
